Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital travel guide from Lifelately (lifelately.blog), run by Mahek from Chandigarh, India. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying

Each Lifelately Travel Guide is a digital PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped. The contents of each guide are described on the Travel Guides page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we email your guide to the address you gave at checkout, from work@lifelately.blog, normally within 24 hours. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Personal use only

Your guide is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, share publicly or redistribute it, in whole or in part. All content remains the property of Lifelately.

Accuracy

We work to keep each guide useful and accurate, but access, permits, prices, timings and conditions change, especially in the mountains. Always confirm with official sources before you travel. Lifelately is not responsible for losses arising from changes after publication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Chandigarh.
